V. Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, awarded Olena Franchuk, founder of "ANTYSNID" Fund, with the diploma of honor. According to V. Lytvyn, the award is an evaluation of the six-year work of the fund dedicated to fighting AIDS epidemic in Ukraine, medical treatment and adaptation to the normal living conditions of the people with this horrible diagnosis.
